Refund policy

We hope you love LJ Candle Co as much as we do; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the unused product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, or other service fees. Refunds are credited to the original credit card used for payment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not able to guarantee receipt of your returned item.
